2009 Yamaha
950 Tourer
The 2009 V-Star 950 Tourer was purchased at Yamaha of Warren in January of 2009 with 0mi on the odometer! It was bought sight unseen, and was pre-ordered. This first year production bike served well as an upgrade from my 650 V-Star, and certainly entices the rider to traverse mile upon mile. The Linbar was the first non-prototype bar produced. The first image displays the photo showcased on Yamaha Motorcycle Forum as July 2009's Bike of the Month. A Corbin Dual Tour seat was installed prior to the Mustang. This setup, shown in the second photo, took an award at the Yamaha of Warren 2009 Open House.
